What are the correct diameters to ream?
I'd have to go out and look, but something like 11/16" & 13/16" (not positive, so don't run right out and buy those sizes, unless you just like having reamers lying around...)

The correct diameters depend on the measured pin size and the pin diameters may not be the same. You need the pins to establish the reaming size for the bushes.

Then what are the clearances to which one reams? How are companies able to sell a kingpin ream? There are no options for size. It seems they are reaming to a specific tool size. I don't get it. Help!

The other Vancouver as Portland is a long ways from Vancouver Canada

With pilot bushings any good machine shop could do this and that is what I am going to do.
Now back to how much clearance - .0005" ??

No the tool is required to be adjustable and will be setup so the assemled fit is tight but non binding. I think the measured pin diameters PLUS about 0.001" to 0015".

The machine shop will have a variety of adjustable reamer sizes on hand,
