Where to find BJ8 Cam Spec's?

Hi All,

Does anyone know where to get the spec's to give to a machine shop to grind a BJ7 cam to a BJ8? I guess you would call it the cam profile, which shows where the valve opens and closes as well as the height of the various cams.

The Workshop Manual shows the points where the valves open and close, but no height.

By the way, is there a better profile out there than the BJ8?

I sent my BJ7 cam to Elgin Cams and asked for the BJ8 grind (well I called first and made sure they could do it). Anyway, they did it no problem. I'm sure any other cam shop that has been around a long time could do the same.
