TR2/3/3A Where to buy front calipers for an early[57] TR3?

Greetings and my first post. My father and I are restoring a 1957 TR3 that has been in our family since 1979. The front calipers have been deemed "unrebuildable" so I need to procure a set. I see on Moss that there are new copies of the 10 3/4" calipers off of the late car for ~120/side. Any help with the older cars?

Thanks!

Casey

TRF seems to offer rebuilt originals. $160 each plus a $50 core charge (although they may take your old ones as cores).

Or nose around for some rebuildable originals. I could probably be talked out of the originals from TS13571L, but the bleed screws will have to be drilled out and I don't know what the seal area looks like. There are more in the parts bin, but I have no idea about their condition.

Here's a guy you might try: https://aroth.com/
There's also TSI, in Ohio, I believe, and Triumph Rescue ...

Hey, I didn't know Albert had a web site! I had heard he was selling off his stock and getting out of the business; guess he changed his mind.

Thanks, Kevin.

You bet, Randall. His site has looked like that since '04, or so. I'm glad to see he recently updated the site. Albert has been very helpful to me the couple of times I've needed his assistance; helps, too, he's only 10 minutes away from me!
