did that link from Hap go on the nice tie downs?

Okies, got it. Also orderd a hitch for the wifes car. Olds Intrigue, hehe. Has a V6 and goes like heck. Should pull Miss Agatha just fine.

Will never ever buy another truck with a 4 banger.

I have a 2004 Ford Escape 3.0 liter V6 engine (automatic trans)

...don't laugh I won the car in a raffle

...anyway, I put a hitch on it and towed a 1000 pound mower on a utility trailer. I was very disappointed. I'm fairly certain that I could not tow a Sprite any distance with it.

But this is a dohc V6 3.5 ltr, 215HP, 230 Torque.

It is a true road racer. Just loves red light races. Is a 1999 with 79,000 miles.

Might do the job if the tranny holds together and you find some means of supporting the rear.

Supose to be able to handle it.
