TR4/4A Where should TR4A carpet snaps be placed?

I'm looking for the correct carpet snap placement for a TR4A. Does anyone know where I can find the snaps layout? Pictures would also be helpful.

From a request some years back -- here's some shots of the tunnel carpet of my TR4 with the snap locations marked with tape (the snaps themselves are the nearly invisible Veltex rings):

Sorry, no handy shot of the snaps on the floorboards.

I see that my security system is revealed in that 2nd photo.

Thanks George. This helps, but I'm particularly interested in the floor and firewall snaps. Watch out for GI Joe... that bazooka could take out your heater core, or worse!

Okay, here are some pics. There are possibly fewer snaps involved than you might imagine.

On the drivers side I found two,, at the rear edge of the footwell floorboard:

The other end of that carpet is secured by a pair of clips. If you haven't worked with these yet - be advised they bite. I have bled more than once when attaching the carpet and not paying close attention to what I was doing.

The passenger side is like the drivers side, but here are some photos to confirm:

The carpet under the seat is held in place by virtue of the seat rails being bolted through it. The floor piece behind the seat just lies there, didn't see any snaps.

Here's a bonus pic I took while crawling around. A velcro'ed pad made for cushioning a seat belt (so it doesn't chafe your neck) can be strapped around the console support to add a bit of padding. That piece is hard metal on a TR4, possibly later versions were somewhat padded.

There are no snap holes yet. George's pics are very helpful, but they're for a TR4. I can only assume its the same setup for my TR4A. I'd like to confirm, though. Any thoughts?

Good that you persisted (and Richard replied) as It appears that 4s and 4As differ in this regard. Most notably it seems those mouse-trap clips along the top edge (a hold-over from TR3s) were replaced with snaps.

...There must be a story behind all the Star Wars names...
