I have a 1963 BJ7 and my turn signals are not working (the lights work and so does the brake light). I can't find the relay. Can anybody help me? Thanks, Mark

Open the hood and look at the right side near the firewall It's a aluminum cylinder about 3 in" long with three wires coming out the bottom Sometimes it's mounted directly on the firewall, other times it's mounted on the top of the pedal box.

Mark, most likely it's not the flasher relay your seeking. If you have a shop manual look in the E section and find the correct wiring diagram and begin searching for the problem. Start with the easy solutions first, a loose connection where the wires from the selector come out of the steering box is a good place to start. Let us know what you find.

I have a lefty that has been converted to RHD and never gave the position a thought, yep my flasher unit is on the left, but there again I always thought that it was there even on a RHD car.
