Where does the commision no. badge go?

I am slowly putting my 73'B back together, and have a commission no. badge in my hand. Where does that go again? It has the two holes approx. 3 1/2 inches apart and it is orange and silver.

I found out the hard way with the cars vin number badge. I forgot to put it back before the windshield went back on. I just used clear sealant temporarily, but would like to use the original rivot method. Anyone else have a anwswer to that. Maybe a couple of small pan heads?

Mine (also a '73) is located just to the right (as you're looking down at it from the front of the car) of the bonnet latch.
