Where does my oil pressure line connect?

When I bought my little 67 Midget, the oil line was not connected. I can't locate a place to attach it. Help!
Also, what's the best way to check transmission lube level?
Thanks for all your help. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

remove the upper plug and stick your little finger in there and see if you get oil on it. if not then fill to you can (basicilly car level and oil should be at the bottom of the hole)

The oil pressure line connects to the block on the right side rear. Just below (or is it above) the pipe from the oil filter.

The trans oil is a look in and see type of deal.
Remove the carpet on the tunnel, pop out the rubber plug on the left upper side of the tunnel, way down there is a bolt/plug, 11/16" socket with an extension works.
Remove the plug and the oil should be up to the threads.

As mentioned, the port for an engine oil pressure gauge will be on the block just above the pressure relief valve.

Thanks everyone... That answered my question... I went out and looked and yes, there is a plug in that port...
Thanks again for the great help.
