Triumphs! There were dozens each day on Ebay over the past five years, but now there are so few. What happened?

My hope: People are holding them and fixing them up, restoring them and ordering parts to keep our suppliers in business.

My fear: They're being shipped overseas and our dealers and suppliers will be dropping parts stock.

But I'm a worrier by nature.

Sit down and take a stress pill. There are still a lot of these guys around... enough to keep you & I busy for years and with plenty of parts too.

Nevertheless, I do seem to be collecting a spare of everything except sheet metal & frames.

Now that I think about it... I recall that you actually have a collection of spare TR4 sheet metal! Trying to corner the market?

There is at least (5) TR6's on eBay right now, three of which look pretty darn good.

Although I agree that I don't see many TR3's or 4's these days.

I seem to be seeing a lot more Triumphs on the road here. Unless it's just that I'm looking out for them. A lot more TR4, 5 & 6's are being used daily. The rearer TR3's seem to be kept as 'show ponies' these days.
I'm sure as the rest of the TR's get older they will turn into weekenders only (on sunny dry days), it's inevitable.
I have noticed a lot of TR6's are being imported from the USA in reasonable condition, but sell for much less than the injected models we have here.

You guys drive on the "wrong" side of the road, don't you. I would think that making the conversion from LHD to RHD would run the cost of any import into AU up a bit, thus an imported TR from US to AU would tend to be valued less because of the need to convert.
