When you live in a state that doesn't have vehicle inspections. Took this pic in my side view mirror while at a stop light. Looks safe, right?

Yup. A pal just got "gifted" with a '75 Mustang coupe. Been callin' it a "Falcon GT"!

I hate that new grill (a bit like an Audi copy but it didn't work).
 
I really don't understand the problem. There are headlights and turn signals. Unless NM requires a front license plate, he's good to go until he finds replacement parts for the grille, lights, bumper and valence someone stole while he was sleeping.
