When is a car not a car.......

I just watched the latest episode of "No Ordinary Family" (fun show btw). In the episode, the grandfather & grandmother stop in for a visit. They are driving a medium blue convertible, instanty recognizable. Funny thing is, the letters on the hood and the galloping image in the grille have been removed! Like viewers won't KNOW what kind of car it is because the name isn't there and the item in the grille can't be seen? If you took the letters j-a-g-u-a-r off and removed the jaguars from the car, no one would know it's a Jaguar??! LOL

Watch the episode, pay attention especially the last 2-3 minutes, you'll see what I mean!

Put this one in the "what were they thinking" category!

You can unMidget a Midget and suddenly it becomes a B to most.

Folks think it's a B now.

so, then, to B or not to B, is that the question?

Actually, I think that if you took the badges off a Jaguar made in the last ten years or so nobody would recognize it, or would think it's a Lexus or something. They're pretty blah.

Most commercials that aren't advertising a car brand do the same thing.
