FIVE BEST THINGS TO SAY IF YOU GET CAUGHT NAPPING AT YOUR DESK:

NUMBER 5: They told me at the Blood Bank this might happen.

NUMBER 4: This is just a 15 minute power nap they raved about in the time-management course you sent me to.

NUMBER 3: Whew! Guess I left the top off the White-out. You probably got here just in time!

NUMBER 2: Did you ever notice sound coming out of these keyboards when you put your ear down real close?

Number 1: And MY all time favorite best thing to say if you get caught napping at your desk:

(Raising your head slowly) ...world without end, Amen.

This may work better in your profession than for other's..... :jester: :devilgrin:

That's why it's my favorite!

Mickey;

Considering your trade and all, does your BOSS know what your favorite excuse is?

That might not look good on a resume!!

:lol:

Mickey,
I love the Truman quote you're using in your signature, but I must correct your use of the period after the middle name. The former presidents middle name was S; it didn't stand for anything so there is no period after it.

Hey, Dale -

Now that you've brought that to my attention, I remember reading that long ago.

Changing the reference...wouldn't want to upset "Give 'em heck Harry" now, would we? :wink:

H very odd, I wasn't aware of Truman's "S" ... but I did know that President Grant had one "added" to become US Grant. Apparently his name was Hiram U. Grant but he didn't want o be called "HUG" so the H and Hiram disappeared and the S appeared....

Interesting, I guess HUG wouldn't fit the hardcore General image. Alas,I doubt I'll ever be famous enough to be known by an acronym, or have any one care what my middle initial is. That BMW fellow did pretty well though. :smile:
