Does anyone know if the Mazda Miata aloy wheels fit an MGB? The ones I am looking at are similar to the minilite design, they have a 4 lug pattern similar to the B.

Nope, don't believe so.

Earlier Datsun 240-280 is your best bet
 
Nope - for that design you've gotta find an old turbo Saab with the Carroll Shelby wheels on it.
