O.K...every evening I log on, check my e-mail, go to BCF and then surf the net for new, cool sites to entertain my students. Some of them I've gotten from y'all ( Elena Filatova), some I've found myself ( Fractal Quilts). Anyway, I was wondering what sites you would list as your favorites (After BCF of course) and would like to share.
Besides BCF and The Miata Forum...yes, I own a Japanese sports car, I'm an information junkie, so I frequent Wikipedia on a regular basis when something piques my interest. I like Youtube and about once a week I hit Jay Leno's Garage.
BCF, of course. Gotta admit to ebay and Craigslist, which is where the Mini came from which led me HERE! And then here led me to Bring A Trailer..... Oh and Fiberglassics.com, if you're an old 'glass boat junkie too...like me! Stop the Insanity!!! LOL
The blog of photographer Allan Janus, the funniest, most creative, and most insightful fellow I know. He writes under the pseudonym of Tibor Szegy-Legy (don't know if I spelled that correctly, probably there's some diacritical marks in there) about, well, all kinda stuff.
Basil, you and I must talk. This pent-up rage you are experiencing has me worried. Come over to the Dark Side and see the light. All is good. Being a liberal is enlightening.
I've got a list of 50 or so that I regularly hit every week- the local papers, the mian national UK papers, the big US papers, the main foreign english-language news sites, the news-weeklies like the Economist, etc., the news & political magazines, etc., the list goes on and on and on....
