Having started the thread, I naturally changed mine. Once a week whether I need to or not!



It's UP 1995, the Chicago and North Western heritage locomotive run by Union Pacific. I lucked out and caught it at West Chicago. The signal tower in the background is an original CNW "E" unit, and is ancient.

That's fantastic! I "collect" old signs, and am always on the lookout for old signs like that, or old painted advertisements.

...I have been using this for a while, I took it looking up under the Stainless steel sculpture "Cloud Gate" in Chicago's Millennium Park.

I got this from a car club website in England. My car had this color combo when it was new in 1964....red, red, red, and red.

Steve-thanks. Classic and Sports Car has a small article on F. Gordon Crosby in the May issue, and that painting looked a lot like some of his work. It's fantastic.

Took an interesting photo of the bean a couple months ago. I'll have to dig it up so I don't feel left out! :wink:
 
William, oh yea. To get something that large smooth in SS is fantastic.
