I was going to post a wanted ad to the classified section and got redirected to some 'Panjo' 3rd party web site that wants my e-mail address to proceed.
Is this legit? It's new to me.

i got the same thing. i wanted to list something but did not wish to use that? or whatever it is!!
 
Yes, its legit. The Panjo classifieds is a system that is integrated into the forum software I use here, but only recently decided to turn on/ try..
 
PS: I've just posted details in the "Announcement" forum. I hope folks will give it a try before discounting it out of hand.
