What's up here on the forum?

It must have died, all the posts made there yesterday...poooof gone!

I would imagine Basil is tweeking the new site for a re-introduction. I will say that I do find the old version easier to navigate, not sure if it's comfort or function.

Agree completely....maybe it's still the 'beta' version....

and seems faster...

The Triumph forum page that I saw yesterday was in a narrower format surrounded on each side by alot of other info and links----didnt like it, when you bring up the the forum page all you want to see is the forum.

The site early this morning was great! No separate left column on the forum page. Tried two different background settings and changed the background settings to a nice shade of blue. It also seemed a lot quicker and easier to move from forum to forum. I could see my reply and preview on the same page. The way I type that in itself is worth it. I could also press the back button without the page timing out. I also just realized that Dales troubleshooting TR6 start problem has gone on to the other site and left us all behind here. Crypt Car strikes again!

Hate to think what would happen if I was drinking!

On the serious side, I understand some changes to the FORM of BCF are in the works. Further, I understand the only reason we have not heard from the Great and Powerful news group owner himself is because his real job is in a demanding, all consuming flare. I am very happy with the way it is, the way it will be, and the way it has been; all that matters is that IT CONTINUES /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif

Yeah Harry, I wondered where it went myself.
I'll start the thread back
