Tonight, it will be chicken-fried steak (I had my butcher trim 3 nice ribeyes and run them through his cutlet machine), stewed field peas flavored with smoked ham, creamed Irish potatoes with brown gravy topped with steamed sweet peas, fresh-baked rolls and a tall glass of VO and diet Coke.
 
We took our son, daughter-in-law and grandson to dinner - his choice. Great Mexican restaurant. Fish tacos and HUGE margaritas!
 
We are having "Jumpup"

as in Jump up and make it yourself...

Home-made pizza.
 
Had a yearning for egg noodles, so we whipped up some beef stroganoff with lots of mushrooms.
