there hasn't been a food thread for a while so here it is.

Dinner was a bottle of wine (Emerald Risling) two nice wedges of cheese (Roqfort and Tome) and a nice loaf of fresh bread.

I have NO idea! I just got home an I need to find something. It's lookin like chicken nuggets or corn dogs... whoopie!

You sure about them chicken nuggets? This is what they look like before they are nuggets. Mechanically separated chicken, I believe they call it. It also has other names.

Grilled ground lamb patty, brussel sprouts, rice, and yes Tom, Peg's Raisin Bread pudding with rum hard sauce. It was a bachelor night so I got to make what I wanted, but she had made the bread pudding for me in case I never got around to cooking...

Dang can't find my discharge papers. Plus, can't find an Applebees. :frown:

Guess it is homemade spaghetti (Ragu with added ingredients, guess that qualifies as homemade).

Had the corndogs... Probably from the same strawberry smoothie the nuggets are made of, just packaged different.

Missed the free grub. Had a cantankerous server to beat into submission, after that had friends show up at th' hovel. Nachos an' a bean dip was "dinner".

Grilled sirloin and shrimp, artichokes with Hollandaise, sauteed mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, and salad. Love those Friday night dinners!!!
