What's for Dinner?

Offline
We're having Ribeye steaks marinated in my special recipe, and lightly kissed by the flame and smoke of kingsford hickory briquettes. On the side will be steamed and butter sauted vegetables, and 1 pound baked potatoes stuffed with cheese, sour cream, bacon, and butter. Washing it all down with pomegranite-cranberry juice.

What are you having?

Hey, Kenny....did you get my PM about my sig?

How's the baby? & mom?

Everyone's doing good. Yup just got the PM. I'll work on it later this week. We were without internet for a little over a month.

AH...well, we need photos of that little princess!

Willdo!

Made a nice meat loaf tonight. Half ground beef, half ground pork. Mixed with browned onions, bread crumbs, a couple of eggs, and some ground herbs. The top of the meat loaf was covered in strips of bacon. Mashed potatos of course. The gravy was made with some canned beef boullion, some of the drippings from the meat loaf and a nice big splash of the Chimay Trappist ale I was drinking, thickened with some corn starch. :thirsty:

Oh man Art, that sounds so good.

Pinto beans, mustard greens and skillet baked corn bread...
