What's for dinner?

Offline
We are having Great Northern Beans (simmering right now with ham hocks, onion, garlic, and a bay leaf), and corn bread. Gonna wash it down with orange soda, and then a bannana split for desert.

What are you having?

Ribs and Salad

Grilled flanksteak with a brown sugar/cumin rub, potato salad, and cheese bread (big loaf of bread with chili peppers in and a little cheese sprinkled on top before baking). I'm stuffed.

The second good thing about having to move back in with the parents-the cooking!

We stopped at the Moonglow Tavern in Tilton, IL on our way home from the Indy 500. (it's a tradition)

I'll need to load up on Lipitor tomorrow....I had fried cheese sticks and a burger that was about 6" in diameter and about 3/4" thick. (I brought half of it home...too much for me in one sitting!)

Festival food in the city parkway: Butterfly chips, a cheese steak, and a raspberry lemonade smoothie. The best weather for an evening at Mayfair in years...

What I wouldn't give for a Yocco's cheese steak right about now.
And a large chocolate milk!

I'm back from Poland mid-July. Bring that TR3 around and we'll catch up; I've missed all of the Spring/Early summer events.

Happy Birthday Will!

Seems like he was only born yesterday; I remember that MG hat picture where you propped him up, heh...

Wow, he's 2 already! We have about 2.5 months more 'til our new one arrives.

Yep, time flies!! In 2.5 months your world will be turned completely upside down!

It's true. the world as you know it will be changed forever. What you can't know is the whole new world that is about to open up to you is nothing like you might imagine! It's a pretty cool trade off, in my opinion.

My wife and I are adoptive/foster parents. When our first daughter arrived, we thought of all the things we were going to teach/give her. We had no idea of all the things she was going to give/teach us!
