What's for Dinner?

For me, it would be grape leaf rolls! What are yours?

I could go along with that! (and now I would say you are talking "Greek food", but like you said...)

Nothing tastier or healthier than a Mediterranean diet, eh?

yesterday.... hmmmm... had ham baked in Vernor's Ginger Ale, with stuffing and steamed vegies, at a friend's place.

As far as my cooking goes, I made dinner for a pair of my Asian lady friends last Monday, because they didn't believe me when I told them I can cook. I believe I may have out done myself. I made chicken marinated in Italian dressing, and sauted some garlic in olive oil before adding the chicken. For sides, I had steamed vegies, and pasta tossed in light olive oil and herbs. That was probably the best dinner I've "whipped up" in a LONG time. They were quite pleased and surprised by the dinner and my abilities in the kitchen. To quote one of them, "it's like a party in my mouth" good  I think they also said it was the best meal any man has made for them...

Tonight we're having flame kissed angus beef ribeye steaks with grilled white sweet corn on the cob, with butter, and baked potatoes loaded to the gills with cheese, butter, ham, sour cream, and anything else I can find to put on there. Pepsi and/or Sunkist orange to wash it all down with.
Steaks are marinating in my special marinade blend right now.

What are you having?

I'll be right over.
