What's for Dinner?

week 6 of the diet....Vegetable soup and a mixed green salad with low cal ranch dressing. I would complain, but I've lost 22 pounds....Yee Hah!

 what's the odds of that?... going for same "procedure" so liquids til Tues. as well. Along with that "procedure" I'm getting a gastroscopy. Hope they have a different "borescope" for that. could be left with a cr@@@* taste in the yapper.........

We should start what's for eats today. So far I've had 8 ounces of Apple juice and about 16 ounces of Glacier Freese Gatorade. After this posting I've got a bowl of Lime Jello with my name on it.

I've got a 12-hour shift here at the pharmacy today and tomorrow. It will be Jimmy Johns subs for me.

I empathize with those of you prepping for colonoscopies.

Same here juice and jello.Step two at noon "oral purgative" :thirsty:.Guess i'll be king for a while,as it says stay handy to a "throne"

Thanks Rick.......better safe then sorry long term i guess.Does rum and coke come under clear fluids? :jester:

Only if you use white rum and skip the coke!

Im there!!! :banana:Bacardi's white yummy, gotta be 5 o'clock somewhere...

I'm on to my 2nd 32 ounce bottle of Gatorade. Flavor of the Moment is Lemonade. I got a little frisky at breakfast and changed from Lime Jello to lemon and then had a cup of Mat'e. I'm dizzy, light headed and starting to get a headache. 200# of me can't live on sugar and gelatin. 4 Hours to go and I'll be home a few hours after that and I start the removal process. Son's bedroom is next to the can so I'll be sleeping there this evening. I'm tempted to have a shot. At least I'll get something outta this lightheadednesssnesssssss.

I hear ya Bud.Got on the scale this morning, 236 lbs. That requires solid food to maintain imo.Wifey's on the phone reamin me out, don't you be cheating!!!aargh....don't trust me I quess, sick of jello already an I got 24 hours to go!

Just about done 3.78 litres of apple juice,NOW wifey tells me this could cause gas ....that can't be good thing I'm thinkin ...Hang in there ...as will I
