Like Hawaii, we are a volcanic island with almost no
nearshore platform. 27,000 feet deep waters here.
Gamefish, IF we personally catch it. Otherwise, imported
fish from China- which I refuse to purchase. Good Canada
salmon and Cuban lobster sells for $28./ pound- but not to
me.

Now! Lets talk about pollo al carbon, lechon, pavochon,
churrasco con tostones de pana. Serious gordo factor grub.

Not a real friend of chicken....BBQ pork is great....don't know what "pavochon" is....any type steak is good....but, in the long run serious fat factor grub of any type is good!!!

No real meal tonight.

But I treated myself to a slice of hot Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with a generous scoop of Double Churned Vanilla Ice Cream.

Oh and I chassed it down with a couple bottles of Newcastle Brown Ale.

I'd not read this 'til now (0600 local), I had the last of the French Vanilla ice cream inna freezer and a CAB while I watched th' news last eve before I hit th' rack...
