Yum....Red Stripe.....got hooked on it in Negril!
 
Having an evening car show at a local Rock 'n Roll Hardees, so I will probably have whatever they are selling.
 
stuffed pork roast, spare ribs and italian salad dressing potatoes all done on the barbeque (too hot to cook in the house)macaroni salad, cabbage salad and multi grain bagette and washed down with some alexander keith's and pelee island white wine

Alexander Keiths. My favorite. I just happen to have a couple of cases on hand, due to the generosity of some of our Canadian racers. Good stuff, that.
