What's for dinner?

Offline
Tonight, we're having grilled, teriyaki-ginger marinated ribeye steaks. And grilled baked potatoes with basil-garlic butter. A couple of frozen pina coladas to wash everything down. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

What are you having?

Rain is putting a damper on my grilling plans.
Wife away so I think I'll just raid the fridge, maybe pizza.
Stella Artois will be involved no matter what ends up on my plate.

We'll probably go out tonight since I'm flying tomorrow morning.....maybe Cajun!

Batching it /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/devilgrin.gif !!! Pizza & brewskies!!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif

That's where it all went - I had to make do with Spaten to go with the steaks...

Grilled up some corn, sautee'd Vidalia onions and red peppers and Italian sausages. CAB for washin' down.

*beeerp!*

Round two this afternoon!

...we are yards away from the local Veterans' park: yesterday was a constant running firefight "re-enactment". Hearing an AK on full auto STILL puts the hair up on me nape. GRrrrrr.

ooof. NO Willie, ya wiseguy. Breakfast stakes woulden't get marinaded in that sauce.hehehehehehehe.
BTW. they were delicious (for dinner)
Used some Dinosaur BBQ "Mojito" marinade. yummy

sounds good, I like NY striploins about 1 1/4"thick and marinaded for about 3-4 hrs in a little extra virgin olive oil and a steak pepper blend and thrown on a hot grill for 4-5 mins on the first side and 3-4 on the other.

Yesterday was grilled salmon, caesar salad, and steamed broccoli. Health day!

No doubt today will be a make-up... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
