What's for dinner?

I've got a big slab of beef in the slow cooker with fresh onions, carrots, black beans, a bay leaf, water, and a splash of cranberry juice. should be ready later tonight...

Having cranberry juice n rum right now.

It's David's Birthday so I made up his favorite- Shrimp E'toufe and big chocolate birthday cake. After today we will probably down a few cold bud's too!
 
Soooo, by and large it seems, LBC owners eat pretty well, except when they are eating badly!!!
 
Barry needs to hit the "Horsemits diet"!! Some combo of "South Beach" and a high protein regimen-thingie. She's got down to "fightin' weight" in less than 18 months... Looks like she did in '78 and as energetic too. Dangerous woman!


...I, onna third hand still eat about anything wut comes in range. It's ALL genetics. No matter what anyone tells ya.

Tried a little nutmeg, not too much diff., alot of flavors in the there though. No to powdered ginger, wouldn't think of it.
