I had exactly the same thing I had last Friday! It was on special at Trader Joe's....Will be skipping dessert as I have some night photography projects planned for this evening and need to remain light on my feet and wish to avoid a food coma.

Domino's pizza - extra pepperoni & jalopena's..first pizza in almost a year! We'll see in an hour what it did to blood sugar.
 
Well, that was my last piza! took blood sugar from 96 before I ate it to 182 2hours after!!

That means tomorrow morning it'll be up around 140-150....will take days to get it back under control!
 
Have them cut out the sauce next time, that's where most of the sugar is.
 
Tony would be the first to tell you that the crust is the worst of pizza as far as blood sugar goes. My wife is diabetic and any type of bread sends hers sky high.
 
Had to try though...tasted great but its hurting right now...yep, bread's the poison (though I'm sure the tomato sauce didn't help)

Didn't have supper. Come to think of it, breakfast was a pot of coffee and lunch was yogurt.

NOW I'M HUNGRY!
 
Dinner at my favourite Indian restaurant.... Aloo Gobi and Chicken Kadai... Indian spiced rice pudding for dessert.

It's so good I feel like I'm back home!

Had three tocos, down another pound, that's 41 and counting.
 
We had steak and cheese sandwiches on toast with the leftover steak from lastnight.
