Breakfast for me? 2 cups of really strong Community Coffee Dark Roast, with turbinado sugar, sweetened to taste.
 
2 microwave sausages and more meds than you can shake a stick at.

Prior to using the "bowel" ...

A small bowl of dates, pineapple, banana and coconut, followed by a poached egg, a rasher of Oscar Meyer classic bacon, and buttered rye toast with Kiellor's marmalade.

Plus two cups Lipton "loose leaf" tea with honey.

And to think of all the years I crudded myself up with sugar-soaked cereals and black coffee. Yech.

I would give my left, er ... little finger to find Community Coffee locally. Used to live in Beaumont TX.

Today's was just a bowl of hot porridge like me mum used to make, with a banana and a few cuppas Jo (black)
 
I like to make a nice bowl of cream chipped beef, and lay it over some toast. I guess it's hard to break the habit of eating SOS. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

You can have it delivered. We used to have it mailed to the house from LA before we found it locally. To be honest...the beans we had shipped direct were actually better than what you buy in the store.

I've never had it but is it that good? I just love coffee and if you can order it, I'm all over it.

OK, not as complicated as I imagined?

We are familiar with Spanish omelettes here in the UK (Which have a lot of vegetables in, including potato and are finished off under the grill. I think the Spanish just call the tortillas.) but had never heard of Swiss.

Plain Oatmeal.

Every day.

Otherwise, I'm on Lipitor.

Oatmeal lowered my cholesterol enough to avoid any pills. Sometimes I jazz it up with some raisins and skim milk.
I used to like the Irish version of a "full fry breakfast", but it's caught up with me.
Plus it's no bother because I like oatmeal anyway. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
