A little early in the day for this, but on my way out the door to a crawfish boil. Made shrimp creole for the wife when she comes home. I finally broke down and cooked dinner. Got to use herbs, 'maters and green onions out my planters finally. Been grownin' so much stuff I have to give it away. Nice to be able to use it for a change. If only I would have planted bell peppers...

Well, we just stuffed a couple taters in the oven, and when they're just about done, I'm going to throw a couple of Omaha steaks on the grill. A nice green salad to round things off, washed down with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Here's a first. Ol' boy put jalapeno peppers in the boil. MAN were they good !!! ( the peppers). Didn't make the crawfish too spicy and the peppers picked up the other flavor great and were AWESOME !!!
