Been to bad day to go for a snowmobile ride plus 46F. Got ribs in the oven for tonight and started to make a large pot of spicey chili for Sunday night. To much water around to take the Healey for a blast.

Just going to eat until the weather changes.

After a full BEAUTIFUL day in the garage deconstructing the MGB, we opted for something easy...chicken and dumplings!
 
Dinner out also.

Breaded & fried calamari, sauteed in olive oil and hot peppers
Caesar salad, with anchovies
Rainbow trout fillets, Cajun blackened
Red Bliss mashed potatoes
Vegetable medley

Hot chocolate strawberry bomb cake for desert with whipped creme topping
