I would roll over and die.

I am so sick of Cherrios and oatmeal that I could.....

<span style="color: #990000">Bill, I'm walking in yer shoes and you know
what I mean. Put some heart healthy dried fruit with the oatmeal.
And most of all- don't cook it so long it turns into glue.
Boil the water first, dump in dried oatmeal, cook 1 1/2 minutes.

Forget totally about a salt shaker. Throw it away.

Look into mild, curry seasoned chicken and turkey dishes.

Buy a George Forman grill and use it.

Make wild caught salmon a weekly dish.

Cook with olive oil only.

Pop 2 niacin caps a day
Pop one Flax cap a day
Take your statins
Walk 20 minutes every day
Get down to your ideal weight
Eat NOTHING fried
Eat NO FAST FOOD

Go on-line and find a healthy cooking forum.

I am living proof this stuff is worth it!!

To you health, my friend.

So knock it off!!

There ain't nothin' "least" about left arms 'cause they connect to
both the left hand and the right brain hemisphere.. (creativity)

PLUS I crank in monster tarpon with my left hand.

Late late update... Anniversery din din was chicken breasts in an artichoke, mushroom, and white wine sauce with hommade garlic mashed potatoes, and some garlic bread on the side.
I also made a big ol batch if french onion soup topped with rye bread and provalone. It was a hit after church. also took salad to go with the soup.
Hit the spot on a chilly autum day. Might made it to 60 by the afternoon for the last few days runnun.. brrrrrr. Summers over.
Well off for some taco salad!!! Yummy...
