what's a washer bag?

Yes, the later cars, instead of having Tudor bottles, had plastic bags as washer fluid reservoirs. They hung down into the area between the inner and outer fenders; a truly stupid idea, in my opinion.

:iagree: but surely cheaper to produce.

Im with Ed. I remember the first time I opened the hood and saw the bag crumpled up over in the fender well. It looked like a decatheter bag. I have yet to put fluid in it. One day when more major things get taken care of I will replace it with a bottle kit.

What's a "washer bag".. My old ex mother-in-law..........
