What's a realistic price....

depending on rust, $100 - $300

I'm just guessing, perhaps someone more up to date on these things will give a better answer.

Well, stop and think for a minute. There is a block that does not appear to have pistons or rods, head, inlet nor exhaust, air filters, valve rocker cover, radiator, dashboard, windscreen, gauges, shifter, seats, sidescreens, top, grille, headlamp buckets nor rings, wiring, taillights, rear bumper, we know the hydraulics are toast. To buy it for the starting bid alone will set you back 20 grand for a rebuilt motor, trans, go through front and rear suspension, tyres, wiring harness, lights all the way around, dash, gauges, seats, and all the little stuff, just to get it running right, and THEN you can start on the body work.

Really good deal, if you ask me, as long as the $1K starting bid is what they're going to pay YOU to haul it away.

Maybe a couple hundred for the bonnet if its not too far gone. The wheels look ok and there is a least one hubcap. Having no paperwork makes it a gonner for sure. With it somebody might see it as a project to build something way away from stock.

$200 seems about right.

yep, should tell you something.

Can always make an offer.

Hi There TOC,

Being that this B/E is "RUST FREE" cause its "SHEET METAL FREE"; Around $100-$200 max.

Hopefully you live close enough to a "SCRAP YARD" and get your money back!!

You`ll simply have to wait till the auction is over. Its really quite un-likely anyone will place a bid & then contact the seller & make an offer.

Why are you even considering something like this?

Russ

Don't look at me.....I am not....I am mentioning the obvious issues.
Ray N. Evans of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, is the one looking at it.

Thats over 800 miles away. If I towed it with my single axle trailer and 4cylinder ford ranger and got my usual 20mpg, that would still cost 300 or more bucks in gas. Probably 400-500 with some other rigs.

No interest here. Saw it posted on eBay and was amazed at how unrealistic the owners expectations were. It's worth about $130 delivered to a scrape metal yard. Sad to see one bite the dust like that.
