????? What????

Bill,
I have a few of them that were in parts cars acquired over the years. Looking at the AKD books there is more than one part number given. My guess is it maybe a BHA 4367.
That's a guess only. I have seen them on a few occasions, I always "assumed" them to be an early version seen in MKI’s sprites only, up to a point. Again I need to stress, “assumed” on this one.

It's an original equipment item in MANY BMC cars of the era.

I've got the main part to an old American bumper jack,
in great condition - I'm sure that it's worth a lot mor than
that.Liability insurance not included.

That is the "King Dick" jack.
I kid you not!

Hi Folks,

I was just passing thru & wanted to say; I had a "King Dick Jack & Wrench". I cleaned them up, primed & painted them. They did have "King Dick" embossed into the bottom of the jack & on the Handle. The jack itself did`nt bring too much $$$ on ebay but not bad.

The "Wrench" on the other hand sold for quite a bit more than its listed at now! After about a wk. or so; The gent who bought my Set; Put it back on ebay individually & sold the "WRENCH" alone for 3x what he pd.me for the set!!

They are a rare breed.

Have Fun Bidding,

Russ

I sold one on ebay (combined with a few other bits). I think it went for $45. I donated the money to the Holy Sprite project.

My Bugeye came with one. It's kinda' like a "ratchet wrench" for the jack. Very slow to jack the car with I might add! I guess it could be worth $22 if someone needed it to complete a correct period restoration.
