I contacted the seller to see if he had mis-typed the price. https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...bayphotohosting Moss has the crome version for $90. $230 seems a bit high for an alloy cover that says Midget. This is his response: "No sorry i didnt ,these are K&N filter assemblies they want $350 for a subaru one half the size and they dont even have the subaru logo on them these are suited better to racing purposes than the street due to higher flow and price." Am I missing something?

I bought one on ebay that says Sprite. got it for $99. I think he is a little high. You might be able to still get one from MiniMania. They still had some in stock( they are not produced any more ). I thinkthey were around $200 or $250

No, you aren't missing anything. Heck, the eBay auction is up to $319 USD now. I bought one a couple of months back on eBay for right around $100 including shipping. I still have the box at home (at work now) with the actual part number. I'll get the part number and post it tomorrow. K&N does have a web site but I can't find the filter w/o the part number.

I purchased the exact setup for my ā€˜73 a few months back from www.fox-performance.com . Cost $127.80 brand new and included free shipping. It took over a month to get because they said they needed to get them from K&N UK.

They were very nice to deal with and kept me up to date on my order status.

Greg has got the part number and price nailed. I couldn't connect to Fox Performance, browser couldn't find the server. You can order direct from K&N via their web site and they do have other dealers listed too.

I still cannot find that air cleaner set up on the website.
