Congrats to you, Willie!

Janet and I tied the knot a couple months earlier - Aug. 12, '72.

Willie;

CONGRATS!!!!!!!

Give your wife a hug and take her out to supper.
Today is Annie's __ birthday (fill in the blank). This means, I'll always remember your anniversary

Dave and Annie :savewave:

I'm at half that. Good for you and the Mrs.!
Congrats!

Congratulations... :cheers:

I don't remember exactly what I was doing on this date in '72, but I was going out with the woman that I married two years later. For some reason, she has put up with me all these years, and we're still together!

For me it was this date, 1995. Got married in a park in Florida, under the trees near a lake. Was idyllic and beautiful. For us at least. Found out at the reception there were squirrels in the trees throwing acorns at the guests!! :laugh: True story!! My bride and I DID wonder why so many people were standing for most of the ceremony!!

I had been married to my wife for a year and 6 months! We were probably still up around the Glen in '72 for the GP which was run on the 8th.(Her first time to an F1 GP!).

Congrats Willie! On this date I was just recently out of the Navy, going to night school, and working in the shipyards.

on this date in 1972

Proudly filling my diapers...

I had recently ETSed from the Army Dental Corp and started my private practice. Should have stayed in the Army like my roomy. He retired as a full bird and is now sipping pina coladas somewhere in Mexico, after 30 years in.

Congrats Willie! A real statement these days... :thumbsup:

Me? I would have been eight months old, so I really don't know what I would have been doing...
