What tool to get the nut loose on the steering box

I can't seem to get a tool on the adjusting nut. No room for a socket, or a regular wrench. What do you use?

Hey TH it is no good using a golf club ( Wentworth, open end -sand wedge )?

It would be better if you used a Whitworth spanner if it is that type.
