Well there is always taking the tour at the Tryon Palace. Go to Atlantic Beach and check it out. Very cool Aquarium there too. Always run out to Aurora and check out the views of the PCS Phosphate Mine. I don't think they have tours but you can see alot from the highway. Aurora has a really interesting Fossil Museum.

Didn't new bern used to have have a minor league baseball team?

Be sure to tour the colonial gov's home & other historics. Day trip to Hatteras??
