In Charleston, anything below 75 degrees, the wool jackets come out.

When I arrived there in 71 from New London, February, I think, went out bin shorts and washed the car as the locals were shivering in their wool jackets, wool caps, and gloves.
 
I'm shiverin' down here just now, too. Low 60's and expect close to freezing overnight. GRRRR...

Ok, that is a tad chilly - unless you're from Minn-eh--sooooota.

The wind always makes it so much worse!
 
Cold and snow around my neck of the woods.
Snow up to about 1.5" deep with drifts building 4" to 6 ".
Mostly gone by sunset today. I'm ready for spring now.
