1 and 2 look like the wooden support blocks on the rear interior trim cappings. #3 -not really sure.

I think those are spacers/supports for the cap rails that surround the cockpit. I think #1 and #2 go with the dog leg capping on top of the "B" pillar. I'm not sure about #3. I'm sure Don or Randall will either confirm or correct me.
