What Non-British Cars Do You Have?

1. '03 Mazda 6

If that is a Jackson Racing supercharger kit, then the company my nephew helped found, "Split Second", designed and built the electronics package for it, I believe.

As soon as I saw the Ferrari I gave up trying to impress anyone..

This is the great thing about this forum...nobody here (from what I've seen) is out to impress anyone. I'm impressed by anyone who looks at cars as more than just transportation.

Your collection impresses me, because they're all really fun. I wish I had them!

Yes, it's the JRSC. But my kit didn't come with any electronics package. That's probably the "Power Card" that comes with the '99+ kits that control timing and fuel. The fuel on mine is controlled with an Auxillary Fuel Pressure Regulator (AFPR).

Being an 'orthodox' LBCer, I ain't got any non-brits.
Have had Volvo 140 and 240 series, a few Renault 4:s including a couple of bread vans, and an '88 Maserati 222 Bi-Turbo S for good fun and 'Lucasesque' electrics.
Plus a host of rather bland but dependable Japanese 'appliances'.

1994 chevy caprice 9C1, old police car
1997 ford cargo van
2001 dodge durango 5.9L

One of each I guess.

As a private chef/caterer, I need a funcional car, as well as my fun car.

I drive a 2002 Subaru Forester during the week. (great car, too!)

Pretty soon I'll be driving the B on the weekends!

Wifey has 2003 Jeep Grand Cheeroke Ltd. Lots of fun with the V8 & comfy too. My ride 2003 Lexus GS 300. The staight 6 has enough umph! for road warrior work on the QEW & NY Thruways.
Still can't beat our Healey & Triumph for the fun factor!

Japanese I think...I don't know. I'll have to go out and look at the owners manual

Since this started, my wife's car, the '95 Saturn SC2 has been replaced. My wife decided she wanted a Mazda RX8. Nice car with a small, 1.3L engine and 196 HP.

Safety Fast,
Dave

Hey Dave, how is the RX8? I am sure I am not alone in saying that I think the Wankel is one of the coolest engines ever produced. I have even thought of finding an RX7 a few times in the past and purchasing one, I am also really interested in the RX8 but haven't gotten around to taking one for a test drive.

Not that I don't like em, but I have several to my collection. A Blown BB 66 Chevelle, 55 210 Sedan chevy, 46 Dodge, 65 Cadilac Stretch Limo Fleetwood Broughm, the Tahoe, Chrysler Town & Country, oh almost forgot the 55 Studebaker Commander 4 Door, just to name a few. Then there are the 4 MGB's /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/patriot.gif

1991 Honda Legend

1990 Ford Fairmont

1982 Mitsubishi Starion GSR 1

1965 Nissan Gloria (only fit for parts)

Aloha Walter,

Love your screen name. I really like the RX8 and my wife let's me drive it occasionally. It sounds a little differently than piston engine cars, my wife calls it a whirly noise. It has great power and acceleration, especially compared to my MG. It seems to average about 20 MPG. The engine is small physically, and may be a great transplant candidate to an LBC. A 1.3 L engine with 196 HP that is small and light weight. The rear doors make it relatively easy to get an adult in and out of the back seat.

Safety Fast,
Dave
