What Needle Used for HIF-6 on 1500

Is anyone running their 1500cc with a single HIF-6 SU carb and if so what needle are you using? My 1500cc is stock and currently it has a BAL needle in it. I am trying to get a more near match to the 1500 as the BAL was used in a double setup for a Volvo HIF-6. Hoping someone can help. Thanks.

Since I haven't gotten any replies I thought I would at least add to the message what I have found doing my own research.

The nearest SU needles appear to be the "BAS" and "BEL". The "BAS" was used on a Austin Maxi 1495cc, WHILE the "BEL" was suggested by Joe Curto. I am not sure what engine used that but since he recommended it I will go ahead and try this one first. It's the leaner of the two.

I also found you can order a CO2 Exhaust Analyzer for about $100 less through Harbor Freight in case anyone is needing to purchase one.
I am trying to keep a record of my progress at https://www.visn2.com/mgmidget.html for others to refer to in the future.

I used a BBQ on a hot 1275. It worked OK but I very quickly went back to my Weber DCOE so I do not have any long term results with the HIF6.
