As stated above, and under stock fenders? can you run 15"x7" wheels with 205 series tires?

I think it maybe too tight. On my 100-6 MM Healey I run Hoosier 5.50 x 15 Vintage TD's on a Superlite 15" X 6.5" wheel. I had to massage the rear inter wheel well and it still rubs a little during some hard corners. Most Triumph guys in our grid run a similar size. You could experiment with different off-sets though I think you my need to do some trimming.

A 15x7" rim is pushing it. A 205 series tire on a 6.5" rim would be fine. Almost all the Triumph TR vintage racers are using 15X6 wheels with 205/60/15 Hoosier Speedsters.

Richard Good of "GOODPARTS" runs 15"x7" zero offset wheels on his tr6 with 215 and now 225 tires, so, is there more room on a tr6 than on a tr4 for larger wheels/tires?
The wheels i am looking at only come in zero offset in 15x7" size, and i really want to run these wheels if i can with 205 tires- (Rays Engineering-Volk TE-37).
