Now this is one of lifes guilty little pleasures. I still on occasion like to watch cartoons. I have always been a fan of animation. So, what is your favorite animation (cartoon). I was watching one on Nick with my 5 year old nephew the other day and I really liked the CGI animation in one called Jimmy Neutron. On the other hand it is hard to beat the classics, Bugs Bunny, Tom and Jerry, etc. How about it guys, who's your favorite?

Regards John

I love all the classics, but I am particularly fond of Danger Mouse!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif

Road Runner.....BEEP BEEP
Coyote's after You...BEEP BEEP

I think I’d have to say the new Beowolf in 3D. Not a great story, but it is visually stunning. Also like Fantasia.

Current: Nothing on right now I feel compelled to watch. I still enjoy catching The Simpsons occasionally. I enjoy South Park too, but I won’t go out of my way to watch it anymore.

Feature Film: Cars

Totally Absolute All Time Favorite: Duckman!

PC.

We used to like Family Guy, but lately it's just flat stupid. Better though, we watched Wallace & Gromit "Curse of the Were Rabbit" last week, I've never been into that but really enjoyed the movie.

Slick Rick ... and uhm ... George of the Jungle /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Classic: The old MGM cartoons directed by Tex Avery.
My favorite is "the Opera singer" Where the Magician takes over for the conductor.
Current: There is a new series on Cartoon Network called "Chowder" (It's on friday nights at 7:30) I like the drawing, and the gags. it's clever.
I also get a kick outta Spongebob Squarepants. Say what you will.
And as for feature films. I've enjoyed most of them from Pixar (Cars, Monsters Inc, Toy Story Etc..)
But my all time favorites are the Wallace and Grommit series. As well as anything else by Nick Park. (Chicken Run, Creature Comforts, et al)
Ok Ok I'm a toon head. I really like animation. But I can't get into the Japanamation... those ones drive me nuts.

At one time for me...Johnny Quest.

Because I had no choice (kids) at the time and only one TV -Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Space Ghost, Thunder Cats, Star Trek the cartoon, and Batman is what I remember every Saturday and Sunday morning.

There are probably a lot of other shows that I have pushed out of my conscious mind because if I didn't I would have been scarred forever!

"Kill the wabbit!"

"Duck season"... "Rabbit season"... "Duck season"... "Rabbit season"...

No contest for me - Mel Blanc ruled!

Dudley Dooright,Rocky & Bullwinkle,Bugs Bunny.

Cars - our Granddaughter likes it too.

There was a cartoon I saw years ago that was,
I think,called something like Animal Olympics.It had
a car race with animals driving. The one character I
really liked was a sheep that sounded just like Jackie-
-Stewart.It was a cut-up if you were familiar with F1.

- Doug

All of Jay Ward's stuff from Crusader Rabbit, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Fractured Fairy Tales, Dudley Doo-right, Mr. Peabody, and even the Captain Crunch commercials. I also used to watch Popeye over and over. In the present day, the movie Cars would be about all I have been excited about.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha! good link Baz. Classic.
And how could I forget Popeye! especially the old ones when he wore the blue shirt, and constantly muttered under his breath.
I used to have a decal of Snydley Whiplash (Nya-ah-ah) on the boot of my TR4A. The Rocky and Bullwinkle show was great!
"Hey Rocky. Watch me pull a rabbit outta my hat"
"Again?"
"Nothing up my sleeve... Presto!"
"ROARRRRR"

Oh yea and the old Bugs cartoon with the gangsters.hahaha.
"Now you've gone and made rocky mad, see?"
or
"Would I do this, If my dear friend Rocky was in this trunk?"
"Ya might rabbit, Ya might"
hehehehehehe
