Clutch master cylinder, and it takes brake fluid. You don’t want to mix standard DOT 3 or 4 with Silicone so you need to figure out what type is in there now.
I run Silicone in one of my four British cars, and it’s purple in color so it can be distinguished from standard brake fluid. I’m not sure if all brands are colored but someone here should know, or you can research it.
