TR6 What is this, connected to horn relay?

Anyone know what this is (and how to test it)? Digital meter said 1 on ohm setting, i.e., posts not connected.

Oops, I am getting 2.3 ohms resistance through the poles after cleaning it up a little more. It is connected to C1 on the relay... is it just a fuse protecting the horns?

It's a circuit breaker....It works like a fuse, except when it cools down, it resets the circuit.

Is that the fixed mushroom cap style Velcro? Love that stuff, I am holding a few components in place with it. Big time saver in the right applications.

I think it was off a roll..probably some I had left over from attaching the door cards to the door.

Thanks...no not me...the PO did that when he rewired the car, I just added the relays for the headlights a few years ago.
The Brown wire feeding the circuit breaker is getting power from the battery's terminal on the back of the alternator.
