I need to find/buy/beg/borrow/steal another one of these.

I've searched various online catalogues (McMaster, Grainger, etc. ) using terms like roller, rubber roller, miniature roller, etc. I come up with nothing similar to the photo.

Any suggestions? Where to find one? What should I call it when searching?

Thanks.
Tom M.

Looks more like a "tape drive capstan".
Got any old tape players lying around?

ten year old rechargeable sweeper. "Shark V1700Z"

No longer supported by the mfr (which was bought out several years ago)

I can't help you with the name... but you could fabricate it? Stainless rod cut to size, plus a hard rubber cylinder drilled down the middle.

Of course the part has features like the "shoulders" left/right of the main roller to make self-fabrication complex...

(For similar reasons, I bought a Miele vacuum about 25 years ago; they do a fantastic job supporting the spare parts. It's been repaired a few times!)
