I am pretty sure this was on the bottom of one of my bugeye radiators? Not sure if it was accidental or what. Any ideas. Thanks.

That's not a stock bracket for a Bugeye or any other Sprite, for that matter. Might be something from/for a late model (RB) Midget, but otherwise, not original.
