Standard Vanguard sedan - lug to clip the vertical fuel line to the single downdraught carby.

Sometime in production S-T stopped making one valve cover minus the lug for TR's and another with the lug for Vanguards.

Sedans didn't get the chrome finish though, except for Sportsmans with TR3 engines.
